Today was a great day for me! This marks the end of the my first Junior Cup race series! We will have a two day break and then back to racing at the Junior Open European Championships!

This is my first time ever shooting 100% in a race. Regardless of any result today, I met a long standing goal of mine and it happened at an amazing venue, with great people, and in an awesome place. As I began this trip I was okay to just be very happy to be here and to experience something new. But so far, I have done better than I could have asked. I am looking forward to some really fun and different races this coming week and I plan to enjoy every second, regardless of how the rest of my races go!

The rain was here to stay today, but the wind was better than yesterday! Today they made several trenches in the course stadium (and one on course) for the rain water to flow through. I have never seen this before! Thankfully I brought a spare change of clothes to dry off immediately after the race.

Tonight a couple of us visited the local church and stayed for the sermon. It was a very special experience. It was built in 1889 out of granite and sandstone.

Tomorrow I will be taking a day off from training. We have had three races in four days! I will be doing a lot of exploring and catching up on school!
